The Seventh Hermetic Legality
„The Law of Gender“
I love it - the Seventh Hermetic Legality "The Law of Gender". This seventh law is capable of creating more peace within the human family and to take pressure off the soul of a great many people. How and why is that? Well, I'm speaking exclusively in terms of Holy Souls in this entire context. For the same I am on the way in this planetary system Earth. There are very blatant character energies that don't need my this-that because they have their own people. Or - in relation to dragons - really don't need this-that ... . But now. If we assume that - as Hermetic Legality number seven - states "every soul contains both feminine quality and masculine quality within itself", we can begin to think further. Before I wrote you how I see the thing with the "Yin-Yang" and the assignment of the Moon and the Sun to "female" and "male". My view of things never has any claim to universal validity. What I give you, are impulse and inspiration. You take from it - if you want this - what serves you and use it in your world as it serves you in your world. What is generally associated with "female" in relation to female characteristics? Birthing, soft, accepting, receiving, balancing. And if the Daoists have their way: Cold, weak, and lunar too. And what about "male"? What is associated with the "masculine" of "masculine characteristics"? Giving, pushing, strong, conquering, protecting. And according to the Daoists: Also warm and sunny. If we now sum up to the effect that in a holy soul per se "male" and "female" are created one hundred percent each - just look at the systems. And when we then add, that the freshly created soul - neutral as it is - natively has no fateful orientation in the form of "female soul" or "male soul" but plays different music in each incarnation, it is worth delving deeper into this topic. The sexual weighting of a holy soul cannot be described as a polarity. The polarity of the energy has something to do directly with the quality of the energy, as a force and with its severity. The gender expression of a holy soul depends on several factors. As individual as the Holy Soul is, so individual is its path of incarnations. If the soul is very young, it is weighted zero as far as gender is concerned. Many souls (attention: General statement and not individually coined) do their first rounds by not even being fully born. These young souls chose to leave while still in the womb, or shortly after birth. I don't know if that's such a thing: We're going to practice incarnating now ... . As I said - every Holy Soul makes its rounds of incarnation highly individually. Well then - I state: The soul age plays a role in the gender weighting. It also plays a role, in which role dress you slip for your incarnations. Do you want to gain experience in the role of a man? Do you want to know how it feels to live in the role of a woman? I perceive it this way: The archetype of the soul plays a vacant role, in which roles a Holy Soul mainly wants to slip into - which music suits her best. If you have done a lot of laps in the role of a woman, you naturally carry a lot of memories from such incarnations in your memory store. And of course that colored your soul throughout the incarnations. You are still a Holy Soul that was created natively neutral. However - your cycle of incarnations has colored your soul, weighted your energy. And then it can very well be, that you tick female on the level of your subconscious. This is exactly how you feel, when you have lived through many incarnations in the role of a man. You have had to - or want to - develop all of the qualities which are ascribed to a man, on the mundane level of the planetary system Earth. Your energy is very colored by "being a man"? Yes, then the weighting of your qualities changes in the direction of "masculine". In my world this perspective plays a major role. Why? Now, as I expand and feel into the world - and reflect on what I have encountered in this incarnation - I find the Seventh Hermetic Legality appropriate to enlighten - at least partially enlighten. In many parts of the world's system people have been - and still are - criticized, judged, persecuted, and/or socially excluded, for their gender orientation. If you put all these evaluation systems and judgments on the reserve bench - and never get them back from there :-) - you can take a step back from your own spiritual limits and ask yourself the following questions: If a Holy Soul - i.e. that form of character energy which approximately plus/minus ninety percent of the world's population carries within itself as a self - naturally created, is gender neutral and carries both gender qualities in equal proportions: How much influence does a person then have on their gender orientation? And how he/she/it feels about his/her gender? Second question: When a Holy Soul incarnates countless times and changes according to their experiences from the respective roles as male or female gender weighted: How much influence does a man/woman/person who feels neutral, have on how he/she/it feels about gender?
Lao-tse said, "Tackling feelings that you cannot control is unhealthy." How healthy is it, to artificially assign one's gender - just so that society accepts one - when this sense of how one feels gendered, is uncontrollable? Because: How you feel about gender IS not controllable. How wise is it to try to force a person, to behave according to their physical characteristics? Pushing "now be like a man" doesn't help much, if a man subconsciously doesn't feel like a man. Perhaps this man feels more feminine because he was often incarnated as a woman and felt very comfortable in the role. What should a person do, who has the physical characteristics of a woman but feels more like a man? What good does it do, to force such a growing girl to play with dolls, if she finds a Carrera track much hotter and would rather fight with boys than hold grandma's hands? And - how should a person behave who although outwardly corresponds to a gender, feels in their soul neither as a man nor as a woman? What about such a feeling person? Isn't she perhaps much closer to the nature of a Holy Soul than anyone else, who identifies and behaves according to the gender, they outwardly conform to? To what extent does a person - an individual energy - have to conform to society just to be accepted? Isn't inner happiness the most important thing? Isn't the goal of life on Earth, to live yourself the way you feel about yourself? Isn't it more important to be one with the inner orientation, than with the orientation of others in the felt outside? Who is entitled to make a judgment about a person's gender assignment? Who is entitled to criticize - to evaluate - to criticize the sexual orientation of a person? According to the Hermetic Law - or according to what is "course and give" in the vastness of the Holy Infinite Source of Creation - no one is entitled to it. Even in any form about those closest to them to judge. Let alone deny whoever - for whatever reason - the right to its existence. As word spreads of how little a person - a Holy Soul - hence a human creature can control one's sense of gender, we in the worlds of the human family can take a different view of the complexities of gender. If we keep in mind - and feel beforehand - how to deal with an emotion that is beyond our control, we can consider disregarding a person's gender when considering a person. Simply accepting a person for who they are - beyond considering their gender - can be an absolute relief for both parties. You then simply feel the vibration that emanates from that person, you hear, you feel, what the same person says verbally, and - is good. You still accept the person without evaluating their external presence, without assessing their external appearance, without any other classification, as what they are: An individual. When we all begin to interact in this way, we enlighten the society in which we live. If we sum up how much we are all connected in a sea of magnetism (I'll leave the "in a sea of love and magnetism" aside - because you have to look deeper into it) because all Holy Souls come from the one Creator Source, which is what happens then with ourselves when we devalue - shame – judge, another? We then do this with ourselves! Everything that we do to our neighbor in this regard, falls back on ourselves. What we do to others, colors us! At this point - following an impulse - I want to put this topic in context with some of the other regularities. I want to do this by asking you questions, to which I will not write down a selection of answers for you. After all, these are questions for you and I cannot answer for YOU. Feel free to answer the question yourself. I would like to encourage you, to give yourself impulses to consider this topic, by diving into yourself to look for answers. Do you remember the First Hermetic Legality "Everything is Spiritual"? Everything is spiritual! If we assume, that you have spiritually created your life path yourself - including all the experiences you want to have on your Dharma - what do you want to learn when you meet a person, who of what in the society you live in, has an issue with the own gender identity? And when we come to the Second Hermetic Legality "The Law of Correspondence": What is at work in you, that ensures, that you meet a person who contradicts what the society to which you belong, classifies as normal in terms of gender? When we state "as inside - so outside", everything and everyone that you encounter in your world that feels like outside, has something to do with your inside. The Third Hermetic Legality “The Law of Vibration” comes up when I want to encourage you, to feel within yourself what distances yourself, when you meet a person who does not conform to the gender-specific norms of the society, to which you belong. How do you deal with people, who have an issue with their gender identity? How does it feel in you, when you meet a person who deviates from their role as a man or as a woman? What does that do to you and your inner feeling? And if - following an impulse - I skip a few hermetic legalities and come directly to The Queen of Karma, “The Law of Cause and Effect”: What is the reason in you, for dealing with the topic of gender - in whatever context and in whatever color? “The Law of Gender" - such a blatantly interesting topic.
I myself believe in the principle of “love”. When love works nothing else matters. When love works it doesn't matter if the person you fall in love with is a man, or a woman, or a person who feels gender neutral. Love doesn't necessarily have anything to do with sex. Love has something to do with the soul - seen on a worldly level also with the heart. Sex has something to do with life energy and magic. Magic in the sense of "directing energy consciously" - not in the sense of manipulation. Love can be done without sex - but sex can very well be done without love. But when both come together, it can be heaven on earth. You can fall in love with a woman as a woman, without thinking about sex. And you can fall in love with a woman as a woman and - think about wonderfully tender sex. And you as a man can fall in love with a man for what he is - and not consider sex. But you can fall in love with a man as a man who you are and - think about passionate sex. And I can't describe how you tick when you feel neutral and how you love, because I don't know how it feels to feel neutral, the way I am in this gender role. Personally I think, it's normal to fall in love with both a man and a woman. Where should there be a "no go" and - WHO wants to set that? Why should it be self-explanatory to love men and women. Can you sincerely love more than two people at the same time? In my world it's possible - although I don't tend to feel that way. But how I tick is no standard because I am as individual, as each of yours. In the sum of the whole: Loving is so awesomely beautiful. For me it is the most beautiful thing of all to carry love within oneself, to feel love, to give love, and – if fate allows it – to receive love. To close the circle I would like to say, that I actually feel that an Eighth Law would make sense. It is "The Law of Energy". I don't know why it doesn't exist. Perhaps this law once existed but someone thought: "We don't need it" :-). From my point of view - and in the philosophy in which I tick - there is a difference between "spirit" and “energy". This is not the same pair of shoes. At this point, I want to leave it at that because I don't want, to water down the Seventh Hermetic Legality "The Law of Gender", by drawing thematically too broad circles. Surely this topic "spiritual versus energy" will be discussed elsewhere.
